EASY MESSAGE CREATION & INPUT
Record and deliver your message over the phone with the help of touchtone prompts to guide you through the process, or input your message as a .WAV file that you’ve recorded on a PC and deliver it through our Web interface. You also have the option to deliver your message via FTP.
TOTAL USER CONTROL
Our messaging service is user controlled; no "live" operators are
required, so you can record messages in privacy, even well in advance of an
event. Access to all files and services is password protected.
LIST MAINTENANCE FLEXIBILITY
Lists of phone numbers may be input as hard copy, uploaded to our system over
our web interface as .CSV files, sent to us via FTP or by using our list
maintenance tools on our Web interface. There is no need for installed
software.
RAPID, RELIABLE MESSAGE DELIVERY
Reliable message delivery to answering machines, voice mail and phone numbers
with extensions, such as those within internal business phone systems. Our
system can detect how the call is being answered and the user can choose to
deliver the message to only those answered live or only those picked up by
answering machines or voice mail systems.
TOTAL CALL HANDLING
Once messages are recorded, the system dials the numbers, redials busy signals,
collects non-answering numbers, handles removal requests and reports all
activity back to the user.
WELL-TIMED CALLING OPTIONS
Urgent messages go out right away; User-controlled scheduling of delivery times
with automated adjustment for time zones and blackout periods.

DETAILED DELIVERY REPORTS
An audit trail of all calls is provided to users at completion of broadcast and available at any time for monitoring online.
COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Control the release of sensitive voice messages until approved by a third
party. The system stores the messages and alerts the person with approval
rights via e-mail that a message is waiting on our Web site. Once approved, the
message is delivered.
HOT KEY TRANSFER
Increase response rates of major phone campaigns by giving your voice message
recipients the option to easily connect to a live operator at a call center by
pressing the "O" key anytime during your message.
TEXT TO SPEECH (TTS)
This a service offering that allows customers the ability to have text-based
dialogue converted to speech and delivered via voice or as an email attachment.
The Text to Speech (TTS) service also allows users to personalize their voice
deliveries with list-based inserts. The inserts will be converted to speech and
combined with the input file to produce a Wav file compatible with the Voice
system.
DATA COLLECTION
Data collection is the process by which a user may create a telephone poll by
recording a series of questions that can be answered with DTMF responses
– over the phone with the keypad. The poll and address list are submitted
as an XDDS job. Calls are made; responses are captured and stored in a
database. The response data is made available to the original user as a CSV
file
