The inserts will be converted to speech and combined with the input file to produce a Wav file compatible with the Voice system.

 DATA COLLECTION
Data collection is the process by which a user may create a telephone poll by recording a series of questions that can be answered with DTMF responses – over the phone with the keypad. The poll and address list are submitted as an XDDS job. Calls are made; responses are captured and stored in a database. The response data is made available to the original user as a CSV file

Users control message creation and time of delivery; no operators are required. The service provides a report listing the times of calls and whether they were successfully delivered.
